The kittens were about 3 weeks old when they have got a 2nd mother. Lilou, Mia’s daughter visited the nest out of curiosity and fell in love with the kittens. Since that moment it wasn’t possible to remove her from the nest. She washed and groomed the kittens, protected them and kept them warm when Missie left. Missie didn’t mind co-parenting at all. They slept together like a happy family and still today, Lilou is their protective guardian and nurse.

Brownie Bro was the largest kitten and he kept his position during the first weeks. He pushed away everyone else from the tits. He is full of energy and mischief, always jumping and fighting but he also likes to cuddle on my lap.

Bonbon is the heaviest of the kittens by now. I suspect he will be a big boy. He has thick fur like daddy. He has a very relaxed, good boy character, he enjoys purring on my lap and cuddling with Aunt Lilou.

In the first weeks Brioche was scared of everything. She screamed and took most interaction dramatic but then very quickly turned into a purring ball when she realized, there was no actual danger. Nowadays, she is a hunting amazon who seeks for purring opportunities.
